The Democratic Plan For 2006

According to Newsweek, Democratic campaign chairman Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) will publish a book in August tentatively titled The Plan: Big Ideas for America, coauthored with Bruce Reed, who ran the domestic policy operation in the Clinton White House. Emanuel was Clinton's political director.
